At last, an update:

Timeline: September 17, 2007
Status: Done

At last, after too long a delay, another story is in the hopper. I hope to have Ogre look over it later today, and send out the Beta tomorrow. Scheduled release is Monday, April 20, 2009

Ghostbusters 2021: The Eye Of Aretpo, Part Four
Timeline: June 2021
Status: Started

Should be the next thing out, unless one of the other vague ideas competing for attention in my head catch on. I'm really psyched for some of the stuff I have planned for Aretpo 4., however, too.

Feeling inspired by the upcoming 25th Anniversary, over the last few days I put this together:

Timeline: June 8, 2009
Planned Release: June 8, 2009

If you remember the three newspaper article/continuity info-dump stories I did previously ( Ghost Stories, Busted, and Back In The Saddle? ), this is something similar, written as a news article summing up the state of GBI as of June 2009.

Betas will be sent out eventually, though with almost two months until the planned release there's no huge hurry to do so. But it does mean that, at the very least, I'll have something to put out on that day.

Betas will be sent out shortly. Scheduled release: Wednesday, May 13th, 2009. I realize I normally put stuff out on Monday, but May 13th is the Ectozone's sixth anniversary, so I'll put it out then.

Busting Silver
Timeline: June 8, 2009
Status: Done

Still scheduled for June 8 release. Whether it's the next story after Aretpo 4 depends on how quick I get along with...

Timeline: September 2007
Status: In Progress

If I can get this done soon, it will be released between Aretpo 4 and Busting Silver. My past record leads me to believe that's probably not going to happen, but heck, I got Aretpo 4 done a lot quicker than I might have expected, so who knows?

Well, I did put out an apocrypha a few weeks ago, but it went over like a lead balloon.

"Flip Side War" part 5 is very close to done. I was kind of stuck on a scene, then I had an idea just a few days ago. All I gotta do is actually sit down and write it.

I'm sorry I've been slow lately.

I just finished Flip Side War, Part Five. As soon as Ogre takes a look at it, I'll get it sent to the other beta and GBWC readers, and plan to put it up on August 3rd. It's technically a little less than the usual two week interval, but not by much.

Eye of Aretpo Part 5 should be the next item done. I've got a few other ideas I'm kicking around for some shorter stories I may or may not work on also. I dearly want to do one that will take the piss out of Twilight; I've been writing vampires in LA for a while now, and it just screams at me to do something with it.

I'll say this now, rather than after you write the story. I am so sick of hearing about Twilight. If I'm going to be reading another Twilight piss-take, I hope it's not going to be right away.

I agree, I mean, throwing a joke in there once in awhile is fine, but making an entire fiction about it... I dunno, it just seems like its giving it even MORE exposure, and letting it intrude on OUR fan community rather than just annoy us in real life.

I thought it would be funny if the GBWC is now officially commissioned by the vampire community to eliminate any vampires that sparkle we happen to come a across .

Lol..we'll see what shakes down.

It's all still a bit vague in my head at this point. And perhaps to reassure Rosey a little, the Twilight jokes would be more of an aside to the main story, at least as I envision it (if you can call it that) right now.
