IDW announced an ongoing monthly. That's probably the biggest concrete thing.
Aykroyd keeps tweeting about GB3 "Really really coming I mean it this time" but he's been doing that for the last fifteen years (well, he couldn't tweet about it until recently, technically, but I think you get the point...)
Mattel released a Slime Blower Winston. Many fans were pleased, and it does look neat, but I didn't get one because it doesn't match the rest of my GB2 figures.
