Fritz Babbles About TMNT/Ghostbusters #3 Fritz's New Year's Resolutions For 2015: 1. Be more prompt with snarky comic commentaries. Well, crumbs, I've blown it already. No need to worry about the rest of the list. Being so late, the quick quick highlight reel: --Ghostbusters and Turtles go to the scene in ECTO-9, last seen in "Haunted America" --Donny has some trouble getting the hang of the thrower. Venkman mentions the trouble Egon had learning how to fire the thing too. --Casey struggles to resist Chi-You's control. Confirms that Chi-You is bonded to his thralls, and can't be trapped until the bond is severed. --Chi-You once again flees, taking Casey and the other thralls with him. --Back at GBCentral, Raph is mad but Donny has an idea: a low level proton pulse to sever the ties to the minions. Egon suggests a "proton defibrillator" --Next encounter: Chhi-You's appearance is more bovine--he kinda looks like a minotaur now. --Mikey proves defibrillator works --Mind-Controlled Casey gets transformed into pumped up sorta Shredder-looking badass, and starts kicking the snot out of Raphael. --Venkman hits Chi-You with the proton bazooka. Sadly, he explains, it doesn't end Chi-You's threat permanently, it just sorts dissipates him for a while. I guess that means the proton bazooka is like a less dumb-looking Dematerializer like those Other Ghost Busters use. --While Shredder Casey is distracted by Chi-You's discorporation, Raph tags him with the defibrillator and turns him back to normal. Normal being a fairly relative term in this case, of course (Man I get a lot of mileage out of that line...one of JMS's best) --No more obstacles to the Turtles, April, and Casey going home, right? Well, Leo says they can't go until Chi-You is dealt with because it's their fault he's there. --Chi-You makes like Bugs Bunny: "Of course you know this means war!!!"
